A two-digit car number plate has fetched more than Dh3 million at a Dubai auction. The “E 15” serial number broke all records at the Dubai Roads and Transport Department (RTA) number plate auction.
The number was sold for Dh3,120,000 with potential buyers locked in a fierce bidding battle.
