Russell Peters has added more gigs to his Dubai tour to satisfy the cravings of his fans. The organiser, Midas Promotions, has announced a third and fourth date for Canadian comic Peters’ tour in Dubai.
Peters, whose second show sold out within just 30 minutes, will take to the stage twice in one evening to satisfy the overwhelming demand of his Dubai fans.
Canada’s finest will perform on March 18 at 7pm and then again at 10pm at the Crowne Plaza Ballroom.
“The response to Russell Peters’ shows has been uprecedented. The demand for tickets has been so great, that the Time Out Ticket online store crashed at one point, due to the sheer volume of fans logging on to purchase tickets.
“Although Russell Peters is on the final leg of an extremely demanding world tour, he did not want to disapoint fans in Dubai, so he agreed to perform two more dates, said Mel Tyer, group operations director, Midas Promotions.
“Many fans had been left disappointed following the ticket sales frenzy that took place after the first and second shows went on line.
“However, fans will now get another chance to purchase tickets when they go on sale today at 6pm.”
